A lot of people in home services build their business the same way: by being good at the work, showing up, doing right by customers, and earning trust over time.
Then the business grows.
Now you’re not just doing the work. You’re running a company. You’re making decisions about pricing, payroll, staffing, equipment, overhead, and growth. And a lot of those decisions affect one thing in a big way: whether the business is actually becoming more profitable.
That’s where I help.
I built this firm to support home service business owners who want more than surface-level financial information. You need practical help understanding what is driving results, where money is leaking out, how cash is moving, and whether the business is making progress toward the goals you have for it.
This is not about drowning you in financial language. It is about helping you build a business that works better for you.

This work is personal for me.
My great-grandfather built a manufacturing company more than a century ago. He had deep respect for the electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, machinists, and all of the other skilled workers who kept that operation running.
He also believed strongly that the trades are a respected and worthwhile career path. The high school that bears his name had, and still has, a strong emphasis on teaching the trades. That belief — that skilled work matters, and that the people doing it deserve opportunity and respect — has stayed in my family.
It has stayed with me too.
That is part of why I care so much about helping home service businesses succeed. I respect the work. I understand what these businesses mean to the people who build them. And I believe the financial side of the business should help create more profit, more stability, and more opportunity — not more confusion.
To help home service business owners improve profit, strengthen cash flow, and make better decisions with clear financial guidance and practical support.
To help home service business owners build stronger, more profitable companies that create real opportunity for their families, employees, and communities.
Home service businesses are built on skill, discipline, and follow-through. That matters.
You need guidance you can use in the real world, not theory that sounds good and goes nowhere.
Understanding the numbers matters because it helps you improve profit, manage cash flow, and make better decisions.
You should not feel lost every time money comes up. My goal is to help you understand what matters and why.
You should feel like you have someone in your corner helping you build a stronger business over time.
